Za'atar flatbread with yogurt dip

Ingredients
- 3 7-in. pita breads
- 3 tbsp olive oil , divided
- 2 tbsp za'atar
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sumac
Instructions
- POSITION rack in centre of oven and preheat to 400F. Arrange pitas in a layer on a baking sheet. Stir 2 tbsp oil with za’atar in a small bowl. Brush over tops of pitas. Bake until just golden but not crisp, 3 to 5 min.
- STIR yogurt, mascarpone and salt in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sumac. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp oil.
- TEAR pitas into pieces and serve with yogurt dip.
