Radish and asparagus matzah pizza

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 thinly sliced radish
- 1 thinly sliced asparagus
- 1 matzah
- 1/4 cup Boursin cheese
- microgreens
Instructions
- WHISK lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss radish and asparagus spear with dressing. Spread matzah with Boursin cheese. Top with asparagus mixture and microgreens.
