- Slice or cut each Parma ham slice into 2 to 3 pieces. Cut figs in half. Spread goat cheese on cut-side of each fig. Place cheese-side down in the centre of a piece of ham. Snugly wrap Parma ham around the fig.
- Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with basil. If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
