Creamy citrus-cumin dip

3 /4 cup (175 mL)
freshly squeezed lemon or
In a small bowl, stir sour cream with orange and lemon juices. Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Stir in chives. Taste. Add more salt, if needed. If making ahead, add chives just before serving. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Serve with shrimp.
