Tangy tomatillo salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno , seeded
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 fresh tomatillos , chopped

Instructions

  • Whirl cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Add tomatillos. Whirl until just chopped but not puréed. Serve with tortilla chips.
