Maple-balsamic arugula salad

1/4 cup
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
2 tsp
grainy mustard
1 tsp
1/8 tsp
10 cups
baby arugula
1/4 cup
sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

  • Whisk oil with vinegar, mustard, maple syrup and salt in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Add arugula and toss to coat. Garnish with almonds. Serve with Fruity, creamy crostini.
