Ingredients

  • 1 cup 0.35 cream

Instructions

  • Whirl 1 cup whipping cream in a blender until mixture turns into butter, about 5 min. (Starting and stopping the blender to scrape down mixture may be necessary for some blenders.) Drain and pat dry. Refrigerate in a covered container up to a week.
