Instructions
Tear or cut lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut chicken slices into 1/2-inch (1-cm) strips. Seed and julienne pepper. In a large bowl, toss lettuce with chicken and pepper strips.
When ready to serve, pour dressing over top and toss until coated. Taste and, if you wish, add more dressing. Sprinkle with black pepper, Parmesan and croutons. Serve right away with a crusty baguette and glass of dry red wine.
