Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese , about 3/4 of a 250-g pkg at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat cream cheese with honey, vanilla and orange juice until creamy. Spread over cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
