Chili butter with fontina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter , at room temperature
  • 1 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir butter with chili-garlic sauce. Spread over slices of whole wheat baguette or rye bread, then stuff thick pieces of fontina between slices.

This simple stir-together spread is excellent with any crusty bread. Top it off with slices of deli meat or use just as it is! It’s a great make ahead – simply cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
