A super quick, easy and delicious breakfast that takes only three minutes to make!
1 omege-3-enriched egg
1 slice low-fat cheese
1 to 2 slices tomato
4 leaves baby spinach
1 whole grain English muffin
Lightly spray a coffee mug or small bowl with oil. Whisk egg in mug or bowl; season with salt and pepper. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Place cheese, tomato and spinach on English muffin and top with egg. Serve with an orange.
