Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning , or 1 tbsp each each dried basil and oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 kg ground beef
- 4 green onions , thinly sliced
Instructions
- With a fork, mash bread in a bowl with milk. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with Worcestershire and Dijon. Stir in seasonings. Crumble in beef. Add bread mixture and onions. Using your hands, work just until evenly mixed.
