Grilled cheese with tomato jam

tomato jam, (see recipe link below)
2 slices
1/3 cup
grated cheddar
1 tbsp


  • SPREAD tomato jam on 1 slice of bread. Layer with cheddar. Sandwich with another slice of bread and spread butter on the outside of each side. Cook in a heavy frying pan over medium-low, flipping once, until sandwich is golden brown and cheese melts, 3 to 5 min.
