Apple, camembert and arugula sandwichBy Chatelaine
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 slices toasted French bread
- 1 cored and thinly sliced apple
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 60 g sliced camembert
- fresh pepper , to season
- WHISK mayonnaise with mustard and honey in a small bowl.
- SPREAD on each slice of toasted French bread. Divide sliced apple, arugula and camembert between 2 slices. Season with fresh pepper. Sandwich with remaining bread.
