Banoffee tarts

1 tbsp
3/4 cup
35% cream
1/2 tsp
3/4 cup
bananas, thinly sliced
shaved chocolate


  • Lay biscuits on a baking sheet in one layer. Brush some kahlua over each cookie. Beat cream with any leftover kahlua and vanilla in a medium bowl until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted, about 2 min. Spread each biscuit with 1 tbsp dulce de leche. Layer 3 banana slices over the dulce de leche, then top with 2 tbsp whipped cream. Add another layer of bananas and top with a dollop of cream. Repeat with remaining biscuits, bananas and cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

A delicious, 15-minute dessert with bananas and a hint of Kahlua. Top with chocolate shavings.
