Meet The Margin of Error: A Vermouth And Campari SpritzBy Chatelaine
Seize the last days of summer with this sharp, citrusy twist on a traditional negroni. This Scandinavian twist on a negroni sbagliato (“mistaken negroni”) is also known as an Aalborg spritz, Danish spritz or Copenhagen spritz. It calls for aquavit instead of gin and the addition of a bit of citrus—perfect for the bittersweet joy of the final patio cocktail of the season.—Christine Sismondo
