- PREHEAT oven to 375F.
- WHISK eggs with cream and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
- STIR flour with baking powder and salt in a small bowl, then whisk into egg mixture. Stir in corn kernels and green onion. Season with fresh pepper. Pour into a buttered 8 × 8-in. baking dish.
- BAKE until dark golden and puffy in the centre, about 40 min.
