- TOSS cauliflower with olive oil and salt. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400F, stirring halfway through, 30 to 40 min.
- STIR tahini with water, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a small bowl. Pour over roasted cauliflower. Sprinkle with parsley.
