Israeli chopped salad

This fresh, crunchy salad is served with almost every meal in the Middle East. Don’t make it too far in advance, or it will become soupy.
Ingredients

Instructions
- COMBINE tomatoes with cucumber, onion and salt in a large bowl. Season with fresh pepper. Stir in oil, lemon juice and parsley until well coated.
