- POUR warm water into the bowl of a stand mixer with whisk attachment. Sprinkle in gelatin powder. Let stand 2 min.
- STIR granulated sugar with corn syrup and cold water in a small saucepan. Boil, without stirring, 1 min. Stir in vanilla. Set mixer on high, then pour hot syrup in a stream down the side of the mixer bowl, beating until thick and sticky, about 4 min. Pour over cooled Brilliant Brownies. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with graham-cracker cereal.
