MELT butter in a medium non-stick pan over medium. Add peaches and 1 tbsp (3 tsp) sugar. Cook, stirring often, until peaches are golden, 3 to 5 min. Remove and cool for 10 min.
BEAT 35% cream with remaining 1 1/2 tsp sugar and cinnamon, using an electric mixer, in a medium bowl until soft peaks form, 3 to 4 min. Spoon over peaches.
