End brunch on a sweet note by swapping that second cup of java for a creamy mocha parfait.
Ingredients

cream
1 tsp
instant
espresso powder
2 tsp
cocoa powder
1/3 cup
icing sugar

amaretti
, about 1/4 cup, crumbled
1/4 cup
dark shaved
chocolate
Instructions
BEAT cream with instant espresso, cocoa powder and sugar in a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on medium, until stiff peaks form when beaters are lifted, about 2 min. Spoon mocha cream into 6 parfait glasses. Garnish with crumbled amaretti and chocolate shavings.
