Grilled peach sundae

  • 2 peaches , halved and pitted
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream
  • sliced toasted almonds


  • PREHEAT barbecue to medium.
  • BRUSH cut sides peaches with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Oil grill. Barbecue peach halves, cut-side down, rotating often, until grill marks form, 2 to 3 min. Transfer to 4 dessert dishes.
  • TOP each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sliced toasted almonds.
