Monster-sized milkshakes stacked with doughnuts, cotton candy and chocolate bar toppings are great for Instagram likes, but for a tasty, grown-up take on the over-the-top soda-fountain-treat trend, we’ll opt for this tangy, spicy float.
- 4 to 6 slices of candied ginger
- cold ginger beer
- 4 scoops ginger or vanilla ice cream
- 2 pizzelle cookies
- SKEWER candied-ginger slices onto each of 2 drinking straws. Pour ginger beer into 2 chilled glasses until three-quarters full. Top each glass with 2 large scoops of ginger or vanilla ice cream. Dollop with whipped cream. Add one candied-ginger straw and pizzelle cookie to each glass.
