You can use almost any variety of tea in your pantry for this instant dessert. Chai, Earl Grey and green tea are some of our favourites.
4 1/2-cup portions
- BOIL water in a small saucepan over high. Remove from heat and add chai tea bags. Steep for 5 min.
- SCOOP portions of vanilla ice cream into 4 dessert dishes or teacups.
- REMOVE tea bags from water, then pour tea over ice cream. Serve immediately.
