The Austrian supermodel cocktail

Mixologist Nathan Cameron of Ontario’s Fionn MacCool’s has a sweet and refreshing way to drink beer.
Ingredients

3/4 cup
grapefruit juice
-
2 tbsp
Galliano
vanilla liqueur
-
1 1/2 tsp
Chambord
berry liqueur
-
3/4 cup
Austrian
beer
, preferably Stiegl
-
raspberries
Instructions
- Pour grapefruit juice, Galliano and Chambord into a beer flute. Top with beer. Float raspberries on top. Serves 1.
