Chariots and Fire cocktailBy Chatelaine
Prepared by Ed Grim at the Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill in downtown Toronto, this sultry sipper packs a kick of heat with slices of chili garnish.
- 1 1/2 oz Absolut vodka
- 1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- lime chili
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Give a good shake and strain over a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 medallions of anaheim chili.
