- 2 tbsp pickled yellow beet juice
- 2 tbsp apple brandy
- 1 tbsp simple syrup* , see below
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger juice
- soda water
- yellow pickled beets , for garnish
- STIR Pickled yellow beets juice with brandy, simple syrup. and ginger juice. Top with ice cubes and club soda. Garnish with skewered Pickled Yellow Beets. Serve immediately.
