This smooth, sharp creation from Chris Hoy, bar chef at Whistler's Barefoot Bistro, is the perfect apres-ski tipple. (Snowboard optional!)
- 3 tbsp Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey
- 1 tbsp Lillet Blanc
- 1 tbsp Aperol
- ADD all ingredients to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec.
- STRAIN the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a lowball glass filled with ice.
