Augustus' gulp cocktail

This bittersweet chocolate cocktail was created by Mike Webster, who runs the bar at Canada’s best new restaurant, Bar Isabel.


  • 3 tbsp 360 Double Chocolate vodka
  • 1 tbsp Italian amaro
  • 2 tsp Fernet-Branca
  • 5 dashes Angostura bitters
  • lemon peel


  • STIR vodka with amaro, Fernet-Branca and ice in a mixing glass until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
