This bittersweet chocolate cocktail was created by Mike Webster, who runs the bar at Canada’s best new restaurant, Bar Isabel.
- 3 tbsp 360 Double Chocolate vodka
- 1 tbsp Italian amaro
- 2 tsp Fernet-Branca
- 5 dashes Angostura bitters
- lemon peel
- STIR vodka with amaro, Fernet-Branca and ice in a mixing glass until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
