Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, pitted and thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp basil, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • fresh pepper

  • 8 1/2-in. slices baguette

Instructions

  • PREHEAT barbecue to medium. Toss peaches with basil, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a medium bowl. Season with fresh pepper. Oil grill. Barbecue baguette slices until grill marks form, 1 to 2 min per side. Top with peach mixture.
