Cherry-almond energy ballsBy Chatelaine
- 1/4 cup peanut butter , other other nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- MIX nut butter and honey in medium bowl until smooth.
- STIR in oats, cherries and ground almond. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
- ROLL into 1 tbsp balls. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
