Cherry-almond energy balls


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter , other other nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • MIX nut butter and honey in medium bowl until smooth.
  • STIR in oats, cherries and ground almond. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
  • ROLL into 1 tbsp balls. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
