I'm Dean Carter. An enigmatic mind, combined with natural talent and learned skills come together in a synergy of creative outcomes.

In my many years in this business I have found that one thing stays true regardless of anything else and that is "Change Goin' Come!" I quickly learned to go with it and add to my arsenal of abilities and skills and get my hands dirty where ever I could to grasp new knowledge. It has proven affective enough but I am always looking for new challenges and horizons to conqour.
