Staying active is great for physical and mental health, and it is something to remember during the coronavirus pandemic. Breaking a sweat with someone with whom you’re self-isolating can also be a great bonding experience.
It’s something Tessa Virtue and Morgan Rielly know. The five-time Olympic medallist recently uploaded a story to Instagram of her and the Toronto Maple Leafs player working out together.
The March 26 clip shows the sporty pair dressed in matching black workout gear and baseball caps. They are surrounded by a beautiful outdoor landscape with waterfalls, mountains and trees, believed to be in the North Vancouver area.
As the video progresses, we see the Canadian sports stars showcase their athleticism by doing crunches, push-ups, squats and more. They make full use of the picturesque outdoor surroundings by doing their workout on the benches and using the rails as supports.
