I'm in the market for a new lamp for my living room and found this breathtaking piece from Elte. Gold and metallics are certainly all the rage this season, and while this gorgeous lamp does hit that trend on the head, it also has a timeless quality. Our assistant editor Kate Gertner had the privilege of attending the spectacular preview this week, and I found myself cheering on the brand from the sidelines. This year, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the classic Finnish designer Marimekko Unikko (poppy) print. I have my own collection of napkins and oven mitts, but this apron is definitely on my wish list. Although the official celebration of the anniversary doesn’t kick off until May, it doesn’t mean we can’t head over to EQ3 and jump on the celebration wagon.
