How to make a healthier brunch at home

Our nutritious spread features a traditional egg dish, sweet crepes and hearty hash browns — you won't even miss the bacon.

Relish the best meal of the week with our selection of better-for-you dishes to prepare at home:

1. Root-vegetable hash Add sweet potatoes, carrots and parsnips to your potato hash browns for a boost of vitamin A and fibre and a hit of colour.

2. Eggs florentine Use vitamin-K–filled spinach and omega-3–rich salmon instead of ham or bacon. Serve the hollandaise on the side and prepare one egg per guest, instead of two. Get the smarter eggs florentine recipe.
