Welcome to day 11 of the 12 Days of Fitness! We hope you’re feeling great and ready to take on the final two days of the challenge  just in time for the holidays! Today, celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza is talking about how to get strong abs. For her, it’s all about the classic plank  a move that her celeb clients, like Halle Berry and Kate Beckinsale, do regularly, but especially when leading up to a role or red-carpet event. Ramona has a simple adjustment for amping up the power of the plank in the video above. Try it out when you’re in plank during today’s 10-minute workout, in the chart below.
