Disappointments and pleasant surprises — managing expectations while living with ovarian cancer

Onwards and upwards...one clinical trial didn't work, and so we move on to the next. But, not for four weeks. Four very long weeks. I hate having to wait and do nothing while I know the cancer continues to grow.
