Edamame

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover edamame

High-protein guacamole
Purée 1 cup with 1 ripe avocado. Stir in 1 minced garlic clove, 3 tbsp lime juice, half an onion, 1/4 cup cilantro and 1/4 tsp salt.

Vegetarian stir-fry
Toss into your favourite stir-fry for a hit of protein.
