An easy trick for making poached eggs

Many people are intimidated by the process of cooking poached eggs. Admittedly, it can be challenging, but once you get a few tricks of the trade under your belt, you'll be able to whip them up like a pro. Here is one of our favourite techniques for poaching eggs (we picked it up from The Kitchen). Watch me do it in this video and then serve some up for breakfast this weekend.
