Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed cilantro

  • 1 serrano chili, seeded

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cups canned tomatillos

Instructions

  • WHIRL cilantro, serrano, garlic and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Add tomatillos. Pulse until just chopped but not puréed.
