Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Stir mayonnaise with garlic, lemon zest and juice, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
