Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped dill

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then zucchini. Cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender-crisp, 3 to 5 min. Sprinkle with dill and salt. Cook for 1 min. Stir in goat cheese before serving.
