Ingredients
7 clementines
2 tbsp orange liqueur
750-mL bottle chilled sparkling white wine
Instructions
Squeeze juice from clementines into a large measuring cup. Juice should measure about 1 cup (250 mL). Stir in orange-flavoured liqueur. Divide mixture among 6 or 8 short-stemmed glasses or champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with clementine slices or fresh raspberries.
