Name: The Austrian supermodel cocktail
Ingredients: 3/4 cup grapefruit juice; 2 tbsp Galliano vanilla liqueur; 1 1/2 tsp Chambord berry liqueur; 3/4 cup Austrian beer, preferably Stiegl; raspberries

Mixologist Nathan Cameron of Ontario’s Fionn MacCool’s has a sweet and refreshing way to drink beer.

Ingredients

3/4 cup grapefruit juice
2 tbsp Galliano vanilla liqueur
1 1/2 tsp Chambord berry liqueur
3/4 cup Austrian beer, preferably Stiegl
raspberries

Instructions

Pour grapefruit juice, Galliano and Chambord into a beer flute. Top with beer. Float raspberries on top. Serves 1.
