1 tbsp butter
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 finely chopped medium tomato
1 seeded and finely chopped jalapeño
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
MELT butter in a large frying pan over medium. Add onion, garam masala and chili powder. Cook for 2 min.
STIR in corn kernels and cook until tender, 3 more min. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in tomato, jalapeno, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
