Ingredients 4 cups parsley, about 1 large bunch (Read more for the health benefits of parsley) 1 tomato 1/4 red onion 1/2 lemon (peeled) 1/2 cucumber (Find out how you can build healthy bones with cucumber) 1 tsp olive oil (or to taste) Sea salt Fresh-ground black pepper
Directions Wash and juice produce. Stir olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper into juice. Pour over ice (optional) and serve.
