2 cups (500 mL) of skim milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) of low-fat yogurt
2 slices of low-fat cheese
1 cup (250 mL) of cranberry juice
1 whole wheat bagel
4 (6-inch/15-cm) pitas
1 lb (500 g) of ground beef, chicken or turkey
Ground cumin
Cinnamon
Salt
Cayenne
3/4 cup (175 mL) of high-fibre cereal
1/2 cup (125 mL) of almonds
1 plain oatmeal cookie
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
7 oz (200 mL) can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) of golden raisins
1/3 cup (75 mL) of pimento-stuffed green olives
