Are energy drinks healthy?
From the little I've read about them, 'sports' drinks are very high in sugar. My kids are getting more serious about sports now and have been told to drink water and eat fruit rather than those sports/energy drinks. They now don't like the sweet drinks. I guess you'd have to read the label to see what's really in your drink, but for me.... no thanks!!
