Quick quinoa salad

For my quinoa salad I cook 1 cup of quinoa and add one finely-chopped clove of garlic and half an onion, sauteed in olive oil. Then I add finely diced (cooked) squash and (uncooked) broccoli, a splash of orange juice and some parsley and basil. When all is cooked, but still a bit crunchy, I throw it all together with dried cranberries and walnuts. Tasty!
